CANCELLATION
Cancellation penalties apply up to 100% of travel cost plus $50/person Castaways charge. Only written cancellations accepted. Final payment not refundable without travel insurance. No refunds for late arrivals, cancellations without written notice or delayed arrivals, no shows or early departures or any cancellation, delay or disruption caused by virus, sickness or infection.
TRAVEL INSURANCE OPTIONAL
Average insurance cost is about 5-9% of vacation value you want covered. Include airline tickets you buy yourself, too. Pre-existing conditions may require insurance payment with room deposit.
